Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Professional to join our team at Havtech LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of building systems to identify and document any deficiencies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive commissioning test plans and procedures.
  • Analyze project owner requirement documents, plans, specifications, and design documents.
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners to resolve commissioning issues and ensure project success.
  • Stay current on industry codes, standards, and best practices.

About You:

  • A Certified Commissioning Professional or Licensed Engineer with a strong background in one or more of the following disciplines: building enclosure, mechanical, electrical power, plumbing, and/or fire protection/detection systems.
  • Hands-on experience in commissioning, construction inspection, validation, measurement and verification, or a related field within the A/E/C industry, with a minimum of 4 years of commissioning experience required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Construction Management Software, and Commissioning Software platforms.
