- Serve as a patient advocate by providing education to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Respond promptly to patient care needs, including call bell responses and verbal requests.
3. **Collaboration and Communication**
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and implement patient care plans.
- Effectively communicate the patient's care plan to all team members, patients, and their families.
4. **Professional Development and Compliance**
- Maintain clinical competencies and participate in ongoing education to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Comply with established safety protocols and personal protective equipment requirements.
5. **Quality Improvement and Participation**

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must be graduates of a State Board approved nursing program and possess a current nursing license. Certifications in basic CPR, ACLS, PALS, and neonatal resuscitation are also required. Strong customer service skills and professional behavior are essential when interacting with patients and colleagues.
