LPN - Home Health - Evening Shift

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Interim HealthCare Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Our home health services are designed to provide personalized care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care and nursing scope of practice
  • Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed
  • Administer medication, insulin, and IV fluids, documenting thoroughly
  • Inspect and care for wounds, changing dressings and assisting with personal hygiene
  • Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
  • Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
