Main Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing vision problems and recommending corrective measures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, building trust and loyalty through empathetic listening and expert advice.
- Work collaboratively with our staff to ensure seamless delivery of eye care services, responding promptly to patient needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, treatment plans, and follow-up appointments, adhering to regulatory requirements and professional standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying abreast of advancements in optometry and implementing new techniques and technologies to enhance patient care.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution, with a strong foundation in current optometric theory and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and balance individual responsibilities with team objectives.
