Job Summary

Scheurer Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist or a board eligible student to join our well-established Rehabilitation Team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapy services that restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients with various diagnoses
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist or board eligible student
  • Completed an accredited physical therapy education program
  • Eligible to take the state licensing exam
