**Key Responsibilities**

  • Complete organizational, leadership, management, clinical, department, program, common position, and job-specific education as required by Norcen and/or various regulatory agencies based on job title.
  • Qualifications and provision of care are in accordance with national acceptable standards of practices pertinent to role based on job title.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards along with federal, state, and local codes pertinent to role based on job title.
  • CPI train the trainer in good standing.

**Physical and Mental Requirements**

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will be required to work in a general office setting and may be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
