Team Member Opportunities

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Team Members to join our Whole Foods Market team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment, and supporting the overall success of our store.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and facing merchandise, as well as maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
- Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and reporting discrepancies.
- Support the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, including operating equipment and maintaining a clean and safe food preparation area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, and participating in team meetings and training sessions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
