We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations at the Hilton Garden Inn Mystic/Groton. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the front office team, focusing on associate and guest relations, development of people, and quality assurance.

Key Accountabilities
  • Implement and maintain effective front office processes and procedures.
  • Develop and train front office staff to meet brand standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Regional Director to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance performance.

This role requires a seasoned hotel professional with a strong background in front office operations and leadership. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering results, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
