Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Estimator, your primary duties will include:
  • Analyzing project documents, specifications, and plans to create precise cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
