Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify patient problems, develop and implement effective care plans to achieve desired outcomes
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the nursing plan of care and detect significant changes in a patient's condition, taking prompt action as needed
  • Administer medications accurately and safely, monitoring for untoward effects, reactions, therapeutic responses, toxicity, and incompatibilities
  • Anticipate patient care needs and understand the unique demands of obstetric care
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience in an acute care hospital (preferred)
  • 2-year/Associates Degree; BSN preferred
  • Experience in the perinatal field (preferred)
  • Current Ohio RN licensure
Work Schedule:
  • 3 PRN shifts as needed (Must be available to work night shifts and weekends)
