This role is crucial in crafting an exceptional hospitality journey for guests from their arrival until their departure, including the billing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of all check-in and check-out protocols.
  • Be adept at addressing various guest situations and inquiries.
  • Manage and modify reservations as needed.
  • Understand and oversee guest room inventory effectively.
  • Be proficient with all systems related to front desk operations.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the hotel and its offerings to assist guests.
  • Train new front desk team members.
  • Disseminate relevant information to staff members.
  • Be knowledgeable about the local area and hotel services.
  • Familiarity with loyalty programs.
  • Oversee front desk operations in the absence of the Assistant Front Office or Front Office Manager.
  • Ensure adherence to the front office checklist and confirm processes are executed promptly and efficiently.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Assistant Front Desk Manager or Front Desk Manager.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Prior experience in front desk operations is preferred.
  • Experience in cash handling is required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • General knowledge of the hospitality industry.
  • Exhibit a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

This position offers a sign-on bonus after a specified period of continuous employment, paid in two installments.

Note: All employees must be prepared to adapt to business needs, which may require shifting from their usual schedule.
