FSQA Compliance Specialist

Perdue Foods, a leading provider of premium proteins, is seeking a highly skilled FSQA Program Compliance Supervisor to join our team in Lewiston, NC. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Perdue FSQA policies and regulations.
- Verify that all certification programs, including BRC, Process Verified, Organic, and Gluten-Free, meet the required standards.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address deficiencies and ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with plant operations and FSQA managers to maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Utilize auditing software to streamline processes and enhance reporting.
- Associate's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in processing plant FSQA, with a focus on compliance and auditing.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and internal auditing principles.
- BS or BA in food safety, quality, or a related field.
- Experience with FSQA records management and auditing software.
This role requires working in a fast-paced processing plant environment, with exposure to various chemicals and temperatures. The successful candidate must be able to wear and use protective equipment as required.
