We are seeking a skilled and experienced Table Games Dealer to join our team at Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. As a Table Games Dealer, you will be responsible for dealing all table games following gaming rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers.
- Answer customer or public inquiries regarding general gaming procedures, and payouts.
- Clean work areas as designated by management.
- Verify identification of customers when needed.
- Sign and date all paperwork.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
- Assist with other tasks as may be assigned.
- 1+ years of experience handling large volumes of cash.
- Apply basic math (arithmetic, ratios, proportions, or conversions).
- Must be customer-focused and maintain a positive atmosphere and informative.
- Prior experience in direct customer contact.
