Lead Storekeeper

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Storekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our procurement and inventory management team, you will be responsible for receiving, unloading, and processing deliveries, verifying and tracking received inventory, and completing inventory reports and logs.
You will also be responsible for completing requisition forms for inventory and supplies, notifying managers of low stock levels, and working with suppliers to resolve discrepancies between invoices and actual received merchandise.
In addition, you will be responsible for troubleshooting vendor delivery issues, overseeing the return process, and adhering to food safety and handling policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process deliveries
- Verify and track received inventory
- Complete inventory reports and logs
- Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies
- Notify managers of low stock levels
- Work with suppliers to resolve discrepancies
- Troubleshoot vendor delivery issues
- Oversee the return process
- Adhere to food safety and handling policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
