Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. Your duties will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols
* Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements
* Current Mississippi RN license or eligibility
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000, depending on experience. This figure includes base pay and additional compensation, such as bonuses and overtime pay. Please note that this information is subject to change and may not reflect the actual salary offered to successful candidates.
