Job Summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Registered Professional Nurse to join our Cardiovascular ICU team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans of care for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimize health outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in cardiovascular nursing practices and stay current with industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing.
  • Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse.
  • Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
  • Other required cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS).
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree.
  • Unit-specific RN attributes.
