Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.
Min = $75,762.79
Mid = $94,703.49
Max = $113,644.18

Summary:


The Continuous Improvement Consultant collaborates with organizational leadership to oversee, facilitate, and coordinate the evaluation, design, and execution of innovative strategies aimed at enhancing patient safety and operational reliability. This role is crucial in driving improvements in clinical and operational performance through established business process enhancement methodologies.


Responsibilities:


Oversees, facilitates, and coordinates the assessment, design, and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance patient safety and operational reliability.

Leads project teams to achieve measurable outcomes, ensuring documentation and sustainability of improvements in healthcare delivery.

Establishes and nurtures effective working relationships with leadership, frontline staff, and medical personnel, supporting initiatives to identify and implement transformative strategies for increased efficiency.

Conducts evaluations and analyses of departmental operational performance and effectiveness through root cause analysis and a systematic approach to quality and safety in care.

Acts as an internal consultant for coordinating, facilitating, and implementing process improvement initiatives while guiding and supporting continuous improvement efforts across various departments.

Educates and elucidates Lean Management System philosophies and principles, including A3 problem-solving techniques.
Responsible for knowledge transfer and the development of continuous improvement skills among frontline staff, department managers, and organizational leaders. Aids leaders in quantifying, demonstrating, and showcasing improvement results and outcomes.

Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree
Three (3) or more years of relevant experience
