Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hospital equipment, facilities, and grounds.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and initiate repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with team leadership to requisition parts and supplies.
  • Repair damaged equipment or facility components as assigned.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance according to assigned priorities.
  • Complete routine handiwork tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years of experience performing maintenance and repair projects, including experience in all forms of maintenance.
  • Preferred experience working in a large facility maintenance role.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work schedule is day shift, and the location is UNC Health's main hospital campus.
