This position is hands-on, blending general project management duties with a robust technical foundation, enabling you to actively design solutions and execute integrations for new features tailored for our legacy partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to devise solutions for integrations, data migrations, and bespoke deployments.
  • Develop and oversee the scope of work along with detailed project plans for integrations and custom projects, including timelines and effort assessments.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the offshore team.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure deliverables are met within the projected timelines and adhere to quality benchmarks.
  • Engage with clients and engineers to integrate and implement solutions, ensuring custom offerings align with our standard product suite.
  • Act as an escalation point, providing guidance and support to technical support teams.
  • Identify potential new product features during trials and integrations, drafting business cases and feature requests for consideration by development and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams within the organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of critical projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in software consulting or other client-facing roles, focusing on delivering technical products or services.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with logic and exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in deconstructing complex problems into manageable components.
  • Skilled in rallying teams towards project completion through diplomacy, empathy, and a positive demeanor.
  • Familiarity with web architecture, design, web and database development languages, methodologies, and architectures such as Java.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services or Securities Base Lending is a significant advantage.
