Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct penetration tests on internal and external networks, web applications, databases, and cloud services.
- Exploit and compromise networks, web applications, databases, and cloud services, including privilege escalation and lateral movement.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings along with risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Interact with stakeholders such as developers, system administrators, project managers, and senior officials.
- Provide security guidance to stakeholders.
- Identify vulnerabilities during security assessments.
- Create actionable reports based on security testing outcomes.
- Perform security evaluations, conduct technical research, and generate reports to enhance security defenses.

What's Needed for Success:

Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Required Experience: 10+ years
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph

Essential Technical Skills:
Proficiency in NIST 800-53, NIST, and Risk Management Framework.

Preferred Certifications:
CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker, GPEN - GIAC Penetration Tester, OSCP - Offensive Security Certified Professional, CompTIA Pentest+, PNTP - Practical Network Penetration Tester, eCPPT - Certified Professional Penetration Tester.

Desired Skills:
- Strong written communication abilities
- Knowledge of AWS and Azure Cloud Security
