Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of pediatric therapy professionals. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of children and their families, providing individualized therapy services to help them achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for pediatric patients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Provide direct therapy services to patients, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Unencumbered license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of employment
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients and their families, preferably in a home health care setting
