As a Speech Language Pathologist with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of children and their families, providing individualized therapy services to help them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for pediatric patients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
- Provide direct therapy services to patients, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Unencumbered license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of employment
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with pediatric patients and their families, preferably in a home health care setting
