About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in our residential programs. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities, behavioral or medical complexities, to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling to support individuals in developing life skills and increasing their independence.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Administer medications and provide medical support as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
