Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Body Shop Mechanic to join our team at The Boyd Group. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for performing collision-related mechanical repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform collision-related mechanical repairs, including suspension, brakes, alignment, dashboard, system diagnostics, and drivability.
- Meet or exceed quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective repair processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in collision repair technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collision repair, with a focus on mechanical repairs.
- ASE or I-CAR certifications a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
