The Branch Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Home Health branch. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations management, with a focus on quality improvement and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and Finance Department to establish revenue and budget goals.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient satisfaction data to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Current RN License.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with a focus on quality improvement and patient-centered care.
- Experience with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools and methods.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Fiscal management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- EMR proficiency, prior Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is a plus.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance.
