Primary Care LPN Opportunity

Baystate Health, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join its experienced Northampton Family Medicine team in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient-centered care, assisting with office visits, preparing exam rooms, and taking patients' medical history.
  • Administer and document medication and immunizations under provider order or protocol.
  • Perform procedures independently, as approved by the provider, including EKG, vision, and hearing screening, point-of-care testing, and competency validation.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an ambulatory setting as an LPN
