Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with Concrete Forming Experience to join our team at Innovative Cleaning Services. As a key member of our construction division, you will be responsible for aligning forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters, patching voids, and using saws to cut expansion joints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters
  • Patch voids
  • Use saws to cut expansion joints
  • Perform other related tasks as required

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pass a drug and alcohol test
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends
  • Ability to work in harsh weather conditions for long periods of time
  • Ability to exert oneself physically over long periods of time without getting winded or out of breath
  • Ability to use abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without giving out or fatiguing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Laborer 1 and 2 or carpenters union experience
  • Proficient in using a variety of tools, including a tool belt, hammer, tape measure, speed square, torpedo level, paid or channel locks or pliers, Klein Tie Wires, Pliers, plumb bob, gammon reel, stick glue, nail bag, gloves, and pencil
