About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Medicine Physician to join our team at Woodland Clinic Medical Group (WCMG). This is a full-time, outpatient opportunity with a Monday through Friday work schedule and no call. Our physician will have a 2-year shareholder track and enjoy excellent compensation and benefits.

  • Estimated Salary: $317,614 per year for the first 18 months, then productivity-based compensation.

  • As an Occupational Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Woodland Clinic Medical Group (WCMG) is a multi-specialty group with over 150 providers in the Woodland, CA area. We have been providing exceptional care to the residents of Woodland, Davis, and surrounding communities for over 100 years. WCMG is affiliated with Dignity Health, one of the largest integrated health systems in the nation.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Care:
    • Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
    • Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
    • Provide clear and concise medical information.
    • Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
    • Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
    • Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.

Requirements

  • A valid and unrestricted California medical license.
  • Board eligible or board certified in occupational medicine.
  • Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program.
