We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assembler/Packer. This role involves assembling and packing products efficiently, inspecting products for quality and consistency, and operating machinery and tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and pack products to meet production targets
  • Inspect products for quality and consistency
  • Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively
  • Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Label and document finished products accurately
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to processes
  • Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly/packing role
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Basic math skills for inventory and production counts
  • Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
