Creative Financial Staffing is working with a prominent manufacturing company with a construction component to their business. We are seeking a skilled Billing Coordinator to join their accounting team.
Responsibilities- Review and prepare accurate billing documents
- Collaborate with Project Managers to collect data for client billing
- Prepare summary reports of earned, billed, and collected amounts
- File duplicate copies of billings and lien releases
- Maintain job billing files and respond to inquiries
- 1+ years of relevant billing/AR experience in construction or professional services
- Basic Excel skills and experience with third-party billing systems
- Reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic
