About the Role
We're seeking compassionate and patient-centered Registered Nurses to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. As a key member of our hospice care team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care, advocating for our patients' needs, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients and their families

* Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
* 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs
