Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Responsible for maintaining documentation associated with operations, including records of equipment maintenance and quality control.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations, addressing equipment problems and minimizing downtime.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Ensure that all required maintenance is performed, including setup and teardown of equipment.
  • Monitor Equipment Operation: Vigilantly monitor equipment operation for indications of impending problems and possible operational improvements.
  • Support the Team: Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team, including backup to all production jobs as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), and perform other physically demanding tasks.
Working Conditions

The graveyard shift operates from 9:00pm to 5:30am, Monday to Tuesday. This position is based in the United States and offers a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement programs.
