Radiology Assistant Professional

In Seattle Radiology, we're seeking a highly skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our Imaging team. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care and exceptional experience across our continuum of services.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in handling sensitive patient information, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
What We Offer- Competitive Hourly Wage: $20.82 - $29.40

This position involves assisting technologists with patient preparation, consent, exams, and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Obtaining and reviewing patient orders
- Acquiring necessary documentation and information from referring providers, patients, and insurance plans
- Scheduling exams and clinic procedures
- Communicating effectively with patients, referring providers, and team members
- Processing and handling patient information confidentially according to HIPAA guidelines and partner facility policies
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- A High school diploma or equivalent
- A Certified Medical Assistant license
- IV therapy certification (optional)
- Healthcare experience, preferably in a Radiology setting
