Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly perform all tasks assigned by the Project Manager such as picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, timely deliveries to customers, properly fill vending machines, gain adequate skill in utilizing Cribmaster inventory management software.
  • Develop knowledge of our products, their uses, and their locations in our warehouse and at customers' locations.
  • Verify accurate count of incoming or outgoing merchandise.
  • Keep Project Manager informed of shortages, overloads, or damaged merchandise, and any customer complaints.
  • Assist in taking annual physical or periodic inventory, including cycle counts.
  • Operate company-owned and leased vehicles safely while delivering merchandise to and from customers and suppliers.
  • Assist in loading and unloading vehicles.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and report on any dangerous situations, fire hazards, or malfunctions of equipment.
  • Handle hazardous materials in a safe and prudent manner, in accordance with MSDS practice.
  • Observe safety regulations and wear safety attire when required.
  • Follow proper procedures and company policy in reporting accidents.
  • Maintain a neat personal appearance, and remain courteous and service-minded when dealing with customers.
  • Perform any other tasks as may be requested from time to time by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma. Practical knowledge and experience in warehousing or inventory management is preferable.
  • Proficient computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements that include considerable walking and time on your feet, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending, lifting, and flexing of the arms, legs, wrists, and fingers.
  • Must possess keen eyesight and hearing and have full power of the English language.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to count accurately and do basic math at a high level.
  • Highly organized with the ability to learn new things and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adjust and be flexible in timing of daily activities.

$45,000 - $55,000 per year.
