Key Responsibilities- Dispensing Operations: Oversee the completion of all dispensing-related tasks, including packaging of patient medications, canister restocking, and delivery of filled products.
- Inventory Management: Manage general inventory of medications in the pharmacy, including receipt and stocking of wholesale drug orders.
- Team Management: Supervise and train dispensing technicians, ensuring they follow established processes and meet productivity metrics.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure accurate dispensing of medications, manage occurrences, and maintain documentation.
- Administrative Duties: Handle scheduling, hiring, HR, payroll, and benefit management needs at the pharmacy level.
- Proven experience in pharmacy operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
