**Job Summary**

As an industrial systems repair expert, you will be responsible for performing routine and emergency repairs on building systems and equipment, including troubleshooting malfunctions, conducting preventative maintenance checks, and responding to repair requests.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing setting and a strong background in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems. They must also have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to understand written and verbal instructions, and effective communication skills.

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and building electrical system issues
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance functions per schedule

**Salary and Benefits**
