Job Summary:

As an Agricultural Specialist at LanceSoft, you will be responsible for executing crop work in cooperation with the breeding and Yield Trial Testing teams. Your primary tasks will include ginning research cotton samples on micro-gins, organizing seed cotton samples, and hand picking cotton research samples. Additionally, you will maintain stewardship and safety at all times, ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 40lbs.
  • Ability to work outside in the heat or cold.
