  • Implementing a healthcare plan, which may involve aiding with physical activities and administering prescribed medications.
  • Maintaining an organized and safe living environment tailored to the client's preferences, which may include light housekeeping duties.
  • Offering emotional support and motivation to encourage clients in completing essential tasks.
  • Facilitating mobility assistance, including helping clients transition in and out of beds, chairs, or wheelchairs.
  • Accompanying clients to medical appointments and other necessary outings.
  • Monitoring and communicating any alterations in health, behavior, or care needs.
