Position Overview:

As a Senior Clinical Research Nurse, you will engage in a multifaceted role that encompasses participant interaction, initiation of research studies, coordination, and management of study data.

This advanced position may also involve providing essential project management support to the leadership team, including retrospective study setup and case report form development. The ability to organize intricate components of various research protocols is essential, including scheduling and coordinating necessary study procedures.

Collaboration with the research team is crucial to ensure safe and compliant adherence to research protocols and ancillary study activities. Critical thinking, self-motivation, and autonomy are vital for the daily tasks carried out in partnership with physician investigators and other research team members.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred; graduation from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of nursing experience is preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in research and/or child development/assessment is preferred.
  • One or more years of experience interacting with children in a professional setting is preferred.

Licensure:

Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meet the requirements for Multi-state licensure.


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, daytime hours; 80 hours per two weeks.


Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position is competitive, with actual rates dependent on experience.
