KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering beverages, snacks, and desserts to patrons at the service counter.
  • Generating bills for orders using the point of sale system.
  • Brewing coffee and preparing requested beverages with precision.
  • Arranging products on display to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Labeling merchandise with prices and promotional tags.
  • Maintaining cleanliness by scrubbing and polishing counters, washing dishes, and cleaning equipment and floors.
  • Reconciling receipts and payments accurately in the point of sale system.
  • Possessing knowledge of the café environment and surrounding area.
  • Engaging with customers in a friendly and positive manner, addressing any concerns or complaints effectively, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere with colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimal educational requirements; previous experience in a related field is preferred but not mandatory; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
