Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Attending Physicians and Healthcare Team
Work closely with attending physicians, nursing staff, and leadership team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Lead and Direct Clinical StaffOversee and direct licensed practical nurses (LPNs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and other clinical support staff in performing nursing procedures and treatments according to physician orders and patient needs.
Ensure Accurate DocumentationReview nurses' notes and ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment.
Administer Treatments and MedicationsAdminister medications, start IVs, and chart/document as required to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Interpret Diagnostic TestsInterpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions, and develop effective treatment plans.
Maintain a Safe and Positive Work EnvironmentEnsure a kind, positive, and safe work environment, maintaining professional communication and escalating any concerns to the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) or Director of Nursing (DON).

Requirements- State Licensure as a Registered Nurse
Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
Experience in a Healthcare FacilityMust have at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting.
