Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading our maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This includes scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with other departments to resolve problems. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma (trade school or college work highly preferred), excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with maintenance operations. You should also be physically fit, able to lift up to 35 lbs, and willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. We prefer bilingual candidates.
