Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Packaging Equipment: Safely operate and maintain packaging equipment to ensure efficient and effective production.
  • Inspect and Monitor Packaging Processes: Inspect and monitor packaging processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Respond to Equipment Malfunctions: Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and perform repairs or maintenance as needed.
  • Meet Production Goals: Meet or exceed daily production goals while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the packaging line and achieve production goals.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ Years of Experience: 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as manufacturing or production.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and understand technical manuals, coding, and material labels. Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures a plus.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
