The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, with a focus on case management and effective communication with physicians and payors. A bachelor's degree in nursing and substantial experience are preferred, along with necessary state licensure.
Career Highlights:
- Coordinate patient care transitions from acute settings to appropriate levels of care.
- Work closely with physicians and payors to ensure proper use of fiscal resources.
- Serve as a liaison between physicians and staff to maintain continuity of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program (strongly preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred).
- Four years related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota (required).
- Professional certification (preferred).
- Membership in a professional organization (preferred).
Benefits:
- Varying shifts (80 hours every 2 weeks).
- $32.00 - $46.50 per hour (dependent upon experience).
