The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, with a focus on case management and effective communication with physicians and payors. A bachelor's degree in nursing and substantial experience are preferred, along with necessary state licensure.

Career Highlights:

  • Coordinate patient care transitions from acute settings to appropriate levels of care.
  • Work closely with physicians and payors to ensure proper use of fiscal resources.
  • Serve as a liaison between physicians and staff to maintain continuity of care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program (strongly preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred).
  • Four years related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota (required).
  • Professional certification (preferred).
  • Membership in a professional organization (preferred).

Benefits:

  • Varying shifts (80 hours every 2 weeks).
  • $32.00 - $46.50 per hour (dependent upon experience).
