Job Opportunity

MySpectrum is seeking a skilled Telehealth Couples Counselor Therapist to join our team of licensed professionals. As a Telehealth Couples Counselor Therapist, you will provide therapy services to clients through a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients in standard 45-60 minute blocks
  • Complete assessments and treatment plans for clients
  • Document client progress and provide input on strategies and techniques for client success
  • Be an integral part of the MySpectrum team, contributing to the growth and development of our company

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including couples and individuals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to commit to joining MySpectrum and the drive to stick with us as your caseload grows
  • High-speed internet access and a HIPAA-protected space for sessions
