Key Responsibilities:- Assist with event day preparation and execution, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
- Collect and scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and direct traffic coming in and out of the venue.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests with a smile and offering helpful directions and suggestions.
- Work collaboratively with the event team to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Part-time flexible scheduling under 30 hours/week.
