Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with event day preparation and execution, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Collect and scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and direct traffic coming in and out of the venue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests with a smile and offering helpful directions and suggestions.
  • Work collaboratively with the event team to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
