Healthcare Maintenance Specialist

Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clinic Cleaning Professional to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within our clinic. As a key member of our team, you will perform routine cleaning and disinfecting tasks to ensure the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.
About the Role:
The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain a clean and hygienic environment within the clinic. This includes cleaning and sanitizing treatment rooms, waiting areas, and common areas, as well as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors. You will also be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors, and ensuring that all equipment, furniture, and high-touch surfaces are properly cleaned and disinfected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, waiting areas, and common areas
- Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors
- Clean and disinfect equipment, furniture, and high-touch surfaces
- Empty and dispose of trash and medical waste according to clinic protocols
- Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries
- Clean and maintain carpets and upholstery
- Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Adhere to clinic protocols for infection control and sanitation
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with cleaning and disinfecting protocols, especially those relevant to healthcare environments
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Understanding of infection control procedures and capability of using cleaning chemicals safely
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Salary: $13.00 - $16.00/Hour
