Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, understanding and planning future productions and mass productions.
• Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to members, listening to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with members of the team, and be flexible to the needs of the business.
• Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory, operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, and demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and members.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations, priorities, and deadlines, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
