Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
