Licensed Therapist

Seven Counties Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, promoting mental health and well-being in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
Develop and implement treatment plans, collaborating with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client progress, treatment plans, and service delivery.
Participate in multidisciplinary teams, contributing to case conferences, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making.
Provide education and support to clients and their families, promoting healthy coping mechanisms and self-care strategies.
Collaborate with community agencies, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work or related field, with licensure as a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, etc.).
Four to six years of direct social work experience, including post-master's clinical social work.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong knowledge of mental health principles, theories, and best practices, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
