As an Indirect Lending Processor II at Apple Federal Credit Union, you will play a critical role in the success of our Consumer Lending team. Your primary responsibility will be to process auto loan applications originating from auto dealerships and refinance companies through our Indirect Lending program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, assemble, and submit loan documentation for imaging, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Audit dealer loan files for accuracy, ensuring all underwriting stipulations are met.
  • Submit insurance information to third-party vendors and ensure loan funding is accurate and within expected timeframes.
  • Perform a variety of loan support duties, including verifying proof of income documents and handling incoming member calls and internal calls.
  • Provide loan documentation to Collections for Total Losses and other Collection needs.
  • Open new membership accounts in accordance with the Credit Union's new member policy, ensuring all account verifications are performed before opening the membership.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of financial institution experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years of Consumer Lending experience required.
  • A high school education or GED.
